High Flying Ghanaian rapper Kwesi Arthur revealed how he is able to predict the success of any record he releases in an interview with UK’s No. 1 Female Afrobeats Host Gracey Mae.
The “GRIND DAY” hitmaker made it plain in his submission that while having a huge number of streams counts, the comments he has received from fans on his songs once he stops performing are what he is most thankful for.
“A lot of people put emphasis on streaming counts and follower counts. How do you measure your success” – Gracey Mae Asked
“I won’t say the numbers don’t matter to know, because sometimes it does. Seeing your songs, seeing the views and seeing the people who listen to it, gives you a certain feeling. It let’s you know your work is being recognized and that makes me feel nice. That makes me feel Oh I’m doing something right. People are actually paying attention to what I’m doing. What I’m most grateful for in this music journey is, when I meet people, and they tell me about how much the music has influenced them and guided them through some hard times, or when they talk about how it’s expressed something they’ve been really wanting to express but don’t know how” – Kwesi Arthur reapplied
