The exclusive listening party for the upcoming EP “GORILLA BOY$” by young Ghanaian hip-hop artist Kofi Ji$$ took place last night, August 13.
The event took place at Bubbles Bar and Grill and was attended by well-known musicians like Music Coach Qwequ Staga, Record Producer and Mixing Engineer Samsney, and others.
All seven songs off the EP was performed by Kofi Ji$$ on the night.
The sixth track, “Lonely Man,” which featured rigorous Ghanaian musician and brilliant stage performer Kwesi Taadi, had a good likelihood of becoming everyone’s favorite song on the EP.
The response from those assembled at the scene was highly encouraging as both musicians collaborated that evening to perform the song. The display between the two sides was quite amazing.
