The “5th Dimension” album by Stonebwoy, an Afro-Dancehall pioneer who is officially identified as Livingstone Etse Satekla from Ghana, is up for consideration for the 65th GRAMMY Awards.
The Ghanaian music fraternity was captivated with huge excitement when Stonebwoy considered one of the most successful musicians in Ghana took to his Facebook wall to share the exciting news with his music admirers.
The “INTO THE FUTURE” composer announced the news to his fans and expressed his gratitude and blessings for the opportunity to use his craft (music) to share his and other people’s stories.
He wrote : “The 5th Dimension is here, I have been blessed and remain thankful to be able to tell my story and that of many around me through my art & my sound – the journey continues and is being considered for this years @recordingacademy #GRAMMY awards! ”
The nominees for the 65th GRAMMY Awards will be announced on Tuesday, Nov. 15, with the 2023 GRAMMYs airing live Sunday, Feb. 5, from the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
