Popular Ghanaian musician Jay Bahd has stated on his X page that he would be interested in participating in a celebrity boxing match.
On December 29, 2023, he posted this, and within the comment section, he quickly gained popularity by receiving names of other superstars that he ought to challenge in the ring. Some names that drew our notice were Yaw Tog, Kwaku DMC, Achipalago, and others.
“Celebrity boxing Charlie my mind dey who is ready for me” – He stated
Shortly after the popular musician “MASESA” shared the post, Kwadwo Sheldon, a prosperous entrepreneur and content creator from Ghana, announced his intention to get in the ring with Jay Bahd. Sheldon promised to give the fight’s proceeds to charity in addition to consenting to it.
“Let’s do it.. we donate proceeds from the event to charity” – Sheldon stated
Jay Bahd came back replying to Sheldon’s post “Forever Ready” with a handshake emoji expressing gratitude to Sheldon for taking up the mantle.
This celebrity boxing match is going to be the first of its kind in Ghana.
