Derrick Osei Kuffour, a young rapper, singer, and songwriter from Ghana who goes by the stage name Kofi Jamar, has come forward on Twitter under the handle X to share a heartbreaking explanation of why he hasn’t been able to release a new record in approximately a year and a half.
Many online users have flocked to the multiple hit composer’s comments section to offer words of encouragement in response to his statement.
Kofi Jamar revealed that he hasn’t been able to release a song for his music fans in nearly a year and a half because of some genuine hardship he’s going through in a post he shared on X on February 2, 2023 at 9:29 AM.
“Haven’t dropped music in almost a year and half. (I’m going through shit nobody knows) “
What really struck me was the last section of his post. He writes, “But I guess I’m soo used to being nobody.” I actually started crying at this and said a quick prayer for the young performer.

It was beautiful that comments people left beneath this post. I know for a fact that Kofi Jamar will get back on his feet after going through them.
Some comments suggest how the rapper can bounce back from what he’s currently battling.

Use your talent to put these experiences in a song or an album. A lot of people are going through same or even worse and would be able to relate. That's what music is about.
