In an interview, Ghanaian reggae-dancehall musician Shatta Wale outlined some of the main motivations behind releasing his new album, “KONEKT,” for purchase on major streaming services.

During this interview, many things were found and made public. One that particularly interested KAK NEWS was the discussion of BANKULLI, a Nigerian A&R, singer, songwriter, music executive, and talent manager. He founded Bankulli Entertainment and serves as its CEO.
During Shatta Wale’s interview, he spoke about his encounter with Bankulli and how they managers to join forces in creating the songs on the KONEKT Album.
Bankulli was the executive producer and co-ordinator for Shatta Wale’s KONEKT ALBUM.
According to Shatta, he was forced by Bankulli to record the KONEKT album so that people would see his kind, peaceful, and pleasant side.
Shatta’s revelation that he has never had a one-on-one meeting with BANKULLI and that all of their meetings during the creation of KONEKT ALBUM were virtually done surprised everyone in the room during the interview.
