On Sunday, October 8, 2023, online reports of the passing of the businessman and proprietor of the East Legon-based Kiki Bees Restaurant known by his nickname “BEN” brought sadness to the Ghanaian entertainment industry.
Some Ghanaian musicians who were close to “BEN” have paid him respect on their social media platforms in the wake of his tragic passing. One of the musicians is the Ghanaian musician Cocotrey, who resides in the Netherlands.
A video of Cocotrey singing a version of one of Becca’s popular songs was posted on her Snapchat story.
In the video, BEN could be seen standing directly behind Cocotrey and offering her encouragement as she displays her musical talent at a location that we think is Kiki Restaurant.
