The second edition of AfroNation, the biggest Black festival in the USA, just went down in Detroit, and Ghana’s very own King Promise was one of the headline acts!
After a successful inaugural event in Miami, which drew a crowd of nearly 40,000 people, AfroNation returned to the US with an even bigger and better lineup. This year’s festival featured legendary acts like Lil Wayne, Rema, and our very own King Promise and Amaarae.
King Promise took the stage by storm, performing his hit tracks like the global sensation “Terminator” and songs from his latest album “True to Self”. The crowd went wild as he delivered an electrifying performance, showcasing his talent and energy.
It was a moment of pride for Ghana as King Promise represented the nation on one of the biggest stages in the US. His performance was a testament to the power of African music and the impact it has on the global scene.
AfroNation Detroit was a celebration of Black culture, music, and identity, and King Promise’s performance was a highlight of the festival. We can’t wait to see what’s next for this talented artist!
