Songbird Gyakie has joined the long list of celebrities who have responded to the shooting of well-known South African rapper AKA on social media.
On Friday, February 10, 2023, it was claimed that Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, also known as AKA, was shot many times while walking the streets.
According to reports, the incident happened along Florida Road in Durban, South Africa, about 8 p.m. on Friday.
According to the report, the attackers who shot the 35-year-old many times fled after the drive-by incident.
Tributes have been pouring in for the rapper who is alleged to have died from gunshot wounds since news of the incident broke.
Gyakie, the “Something” hit singer, is a recent addition to the list.
On Sunday, February 12, 2023, Gyakie shared a video of a conversation she was having with AKA in a room on her Instagram Story. Participants included members of both parties.
We’d like to think that this is when Gyakie gave AKA a verse on his song “Paradise”
“Never Would I Have Believed I Will Be Typing This Out. Thank You For Sharing Your Sound With Me. Rest Peacefully AKA” She wrote
