On Sunday, June 30, 2023, the incredibly gifted up-and-coming performer posted a series of videos on his official Instagram profile to explain why he changed his Instagram username and stage name from Powers to OYINCRAWL.

He gave a number of explanations for why the action bearing his name was taken, but we’re going to concentrate especially on the explanations supporting his craft.
The songwriter claims that numerous musicians are using the name POWERS on various music streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, etc., making it harder for his fans to find him there. This, the songwriter claims, is what motivated him to alter his name from POWERS to OYINCRAWL.

Powers now known as OYINCRAWL at the tail end of his video being shared stated clearly that, he’s going to use this new name as his official social media handle and as his Official stage name.
He described in fully the meaning of the name and provided other justifications for changing his name from Powers to OYINCRAWL.
