A highly decorated Ghanaian rapper named Sarkodie has linked up with Africa’s top high school events hub and television production company known as “HIGH SKUL CLIQUE” to launch a high school tour.
On April 29, Saturday, the tour officially began. Furthermore, the multi-award-winning rapper has never performed at a high school before, but The Famous YAA Asantewaa Girls SHS is the exception.
On Monday, May 8th, Sarkodie posted a highlight of the spectacular performance he gave on the school’s grounds.
During King Sark’s performance, he was given some lovely artwork created by some of the pupils.
When Sarkodie took one of the pupils on stage and asked her to rap along to one of his songs, it attracted the attention of many people.
Sarkodie left a lovely remark after posting the video on his official Instagram page, announcing his next weekend stop at the Aburi Girls in the Eastern Region.
“Nothing beats putting a smile on these future leaders faces ???? … This has been on my mind for a minute and big shouts to @highskulclique for making it happen… Yaa Asantewaa senior high kicked this tour off with the right energy !!! Aburi girls see y’all this weekend 13th ????”
